The StateMonitor software gives you an overview of the status of your machines and jobs at all times. To help you also keep the overview during the installation of StateMonitor, we are offering a commissioning service. This service makes sense, especially the more complicated your network is and the more customized your configuration is meant to be. During the commissioning service, a contact person who is familiar with the IT landscape at your company and an employee whom we can instruct in the setup and use of the software will need to be on hand for two hours. We will perform the commissioning service together in a Webex meeting that will include a basic course on the software. At the end of the two-hour session, a fully functional connection with customer-specific settings will be in place.
